Basic installation including
l Die head: 20L accumulator die head with parison controller
l Parison controller: B&R 100 point
l Extrusion system: screw diameter is 120mm; L/D is 30D;adopt automatic temperature controlling device; use hard teeth reducer to drive screw
l Clamping device: use double pull staff and straight line displacement sensor
l Take out device: use cylinder to drive
l Blowing device: bottom blowing
l Pneumatic system: adopt Europe brand
l Hydraulic system: proportion pressure controlling; adopt YUKEN or other import brand
l Electric controlling system: adopt programmable controller according to Europe standard.
