Basic installation including
Die head：20L accumulator head with imported parison thickness controller.
Parison control: adopts Austria 100 point axial parison thickness controller.
Extrusion system：screw diameter is 120mm, L/D is 30, adopts imported automatic temperature control device, drive by DC motor through hard-tooth surface reducer.
Component description: L/D is 30：1，so the extrusion system has a wide material adaptability, high quality plasticizing effect, it is appropriate to process the polyethylene polymer materials. Plasticizing capacity is higher than similar machine; main parts of barrel and screw adopts good quality nitriding alloy steel which has high hardness and long service life. Barrel has a force feeding groove. The type of screw is new; it can choose milling type, barrier type; split-flow type according to different material. High quality hard tooth reducer work steady with lower noise. Driving power adopts DC or AC frequency conversion motor, with high-powered governing system, rotation speed is steady and power is strong. Install platform of extrusion system and die can dolly moves, and save the upper space of clamping device, mould changing is much easier.
Clamping
device: new type two-rod clamping device, linear rolling guideway,
linear displacement sensor.
Take out device：drive by air cylinder, linear rolling guideway realize automatic taking out machine.
Bottom blowing：special bottom blow device.
Pneumatic system：adopts Japan SMC brand.
Hydraulic system：proportion pressure control with big flow cartridge valve system. Main component of hydraulic adopts Japan YUKEN ect. Imported brand.
Component description: hydraulic system of FT series is composed of main machine hydraulic system and thickness control hydraulic servo system. In the oil suction part and oil return part of pump equip oil filter device, adopts 2-layer protect oil pump and other hydraulic components. Clean oil tank easily with the big diameter cover plate in the side of oil tank. Hydraulic component adopts world famous brand to ensure reliability of the whole system. Controller adopts Austria B&R special control; the thickness control reaches 100 point. It can ensure thickness requirement of different products. Electro-hydraulic servo valve adopts imported ATOS servo valve, reliable quality, flexible activity. Sealing and feedback potentiometer all use world famous components, in order to ensure the whole thickness system quality.
Electrical system：The computer control system adopts Europe standard control module, advanced man-machine interface replace panels system function, high automation degree, flexible application functions（process parameters setting), machine state concentrated display, open structure and field bus interface, and can be operating directly.
