Basic installation including
l Die head: 12L accumulator head with imported parison thickness controller.
l Parison control: adopt B&R 100 points axial parison controller from Austria.
l Extrusion system: screw diameter is 90mm, L/D is 30, adopts imported automatic
Temperature control device, drive by DC motor through hard-tooth surface reducer.
l Clamping device: new type two-rod clamping device, linear rolling guide way, linear displacement sensor.
Take out device: drive by air cylinder ,linear guide way realize automatic taking out machine.
l Pneumatic system: Dragon frame device, stability and reliable，upper blowing type.
l Hydraulic system: Pressure and its flow are controlled proportionally. Adopt the hydraulic elements with Japanese brand YUKEN, ATOS and other imported brand.
l Electrical system: the computer control system adopts B&R standard control module, advanced HMI(Moog) replace panels system function, high automation degree, flexible application functions（process parameters setting), machine state concentrated display, open structure and field bus interface, and can be operating directly.
