1. This series of automatic high-speed automatic blow molding machine is for producing with material such as HDPE, is appropriate for less than 1250L container and other large plastic products.
2. Production Capacity: 20-24 pcs / hour
Basic installation including
l Die head: Vertical first in & first out accumulator head with imported parison controller, flow design follows the material liquidity and the theory of fist in and fist out. Parison has good quality. Refueling and color changing has high speed.
l Parison control: adopts Austria 100 point axial parison thickness controller, the control wall thickness precision is high.
l Extrusion system: main screw diameterφ120, L/D is 30,adopts imported automatic temperature control device, drive by DC motor through hard-tooth surface reducer.
l Clamping device: new type two-rod clamping device, linear rolling guide way, linear displacement sensor, space is large and mould replacement is convenient.
l Take out device: adopts stroke-multiplication, ensure that the structure compact, flash of the products at least.
l Pneumatic system: Pneumatic components adopt imported (FESTO) brand.
l Hydraulic system: Pump combined circuited hydraulic system, running stable without intervention. Hydraulic parts adopt Japan YUKEN (Servo valve: Rexroth/Atos) etc. Imported brands.
l Electrical system: the computer control system adopts B&R standard control module, advanced HMI(Moog) replace panels system function, high automation degree, flexible application functions(process parameters setting), machine state concentrated display, open structure and field bus interface, and can be operating directly.
