Basic installation including
l Die head: German ETA continuous six layer co-extrusion structure. ETA is worldwide supplier for oil tank six layer die head. Our company is only agent in China, and we could provide the best service at the lowest price for you.
l Extrusion system:Adopts imported automatic temperature control device, screw drove through DC motor and hard-tooth surface reducer to realize stepless adjustment.
l Clamping device: fixed X-shaped clamping device drove by hydraulic system, which has high stability.
l Blowing device: special blow device for six layer oil tank.
l Hydraulic system: adopts well-known imported control component and proportion pressure control circuit.
l Electric system: adopts B&R series’ electric system to control and operate; and all components are worldwide brands.
